Ministries

Elim Lutheran has organized to carry out its Ministries to the congregation and the community under its Constitution and Bylaws, portions of which are extracted here:

"This Congregation shall develop an organizational structure to be described in the bylaws. The Congregation Council shall prepare descriptions of the responsibilities of each committee, task force, or other organizational groups and shall review their actions. (Such description shall be contained in continuing resolutions in the section on the Congregation Council)."

"Congregational committees shall be those as set forth in the by-laws."

"The Congregation Council may enact continuing resolutions, which describe the function of the various committees of this congregation."
